Since 1996, we have been working with communities across the country to establish free community-based health care clinics for the working uninsured. We are the only national nonprofit dedicated to assisting communities in developing free clinics.
The unique VIM model emphasizes the use of retired health care professionals and community volunteers while promoting the Culture of Caring. In this environment, the manner in which people are treated during a visit is as important as the medical care they receive.
