Two New Volunteers in Medicine Clinics Open

The Community of Hope Health Clinic in Pelham, Alabama opened its door on October 16th to serve the uninsured residents of Shelby County. The clinic’s scope of services includes outpatient primary medical care and preventative medical services, as well as, some medical testing. Located in Rock Hill, South Carolina, the Palmetto Volunteers in Medicine Clinic is the eighth VIM clinic in the state. Palmetto VIM will serve the health and wellness needs of the medically uninsured residents of York County. For additional information, please visit www.palmettofreeclinic.org.

With the addition of these two clinics, there are now 68 members of the Volunteers in Medicine Alliance providing quality health care services in 22 states across the country.
